My name is Joshua Lawrence. I was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii. Inspired by nature and our connection to it, I have been creating art for 10+ years. With my background in Psychology, working with kids and leading people in outdoor settings, I bring a unique, imaginative, perpective into my artworks. I believe that being in nature and feeling the mud between our toes is a crucial component to our mental health. Creating these artworks has allowed me to appreciate life in new ways. Looking at the "what ifs" around me and the endless possibilities of nature has helped me to explore new possibilites in my own life. Thank you to all of those that have been apart of this journey.
